This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Deliver procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships through clinical assistance, training, education, and prompt service.
• Aid in account development initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical confidence, boosting user proficiency, and promoting system and disposable usage.
• Support product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training sessions, and customer education programs.
• Recognize and capitalize on educational opportunities to enhance customer skills, procedural effectiveness, and clinical uptake.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business goals, account strategies, and referral development.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requests, and reporting of complaints or technical concerns.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and comprehension of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer requirements, and procedural best practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service excellence, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Lead and assist in account-level sales efforts to guarantee product procurement and availability.
• A bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience, or an associate degree or medical certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical, medical device technical roles, sales, procedural support, operating room settings, or other healthcare-related fields.
• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly specialized procedural area.
• Capability to learn and articulate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.
• Strong skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration.
• Ability to operate in all hospital departments and ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases and necessary protective equipment.
• Hospital credentialing and adherence to customer access protocols.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 90% within the designated territory.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Competence to work in a regulated environment, complying with relevant quality and healthcare industry standards.
