Clinical Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated team of field-based On Demand Clinical Educators (ODCEs)

• Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making skills in operational, Compliance, and Human Resources functions

• Assist team leadership in fulfilling program requirements

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned ODCE team as the primary point of contact

• Ensure that direct reports achieve or surpass project KPIs

• Evaluate outputs and needs of the assigned territory using both quantitative and qualitative data

• Maintain a solid understanding of CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and program technologies

• Develop and maintain client/Inizio reports

• Prepare and validate regional reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

• Provide operational support to the Client Account Director/Manager as needed

• Communicate initiatives, requirements, changes, and enhancements to team members

• Conduct and document regular field visits, completing Field Coaching Reports

• Offer ongoing coaching and performance management

• Verify and confirm changes to the project roster

• Ensure that direct reports have the necessary equipment and technology

• Participate in client and Inizio meetings, providing updates on progress and proposing solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (BSN preferred)

• Current RN license required

• 2-3 years of experience in field leadership or supervisory management

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proven experience in identifying, hiring, training, and developing talent

• Background in Clinical Education and patient teaching environments

• Experience in patient/provider product use, administration, and/or injection training is a plus

• Preferred experience in a specific disease state/specialty

• Must live within 60 minutes of a major airport for the duration of the contract

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region
