Clinical Recruiter – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruiting process for licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers.

• Proactively source and engage licensed clinicians via job boards, outreach, and referrals.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various states.

• Conduct video screenings to evaluate licensure, experience, and suitability for the patient demographic.

• Organize and facilitate interviews with clinical leadership.

• Collaborate with credentialing and onboarding teams.

• Keep precise candidate records and pipeline stages within the ATS.

• Create and maintain clear and persuasive job postings.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.

• Work closely with clinical leadership to identify hiring needs and fill vacant positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or another licensed or credentialed sector.

• Proven experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Ability to handle a high volume of candidates across several open roles.

• Proficient in using an ATS to monitor candidates and pipeline stages.

• Understanding of clinical licensure requirements (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) across multiple states.

• Experience in recruiting for a startup or rapidly growing company.

• Background or interest in mental health, particularly in youth mental health.
