Clinical Recruiter, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers.

• Proactively source and engage licensed clinicians through job boards, outreach initiatives, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various states.

• Conduct video screenings to evaluate licensure, experience, and compatibility with the patient demographic.

• Organize and facilitate interviews with clinical leadership.

• Collaborate with credentialing and onboarding teams to assist new hires.

• Ensure accurate candidate documentation and pipeline stages within the ATS.

• Craft and update clear, engaging job postings.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar licensed or credentialed sector.

• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Ability to handle a high volume of candidates across multiple open positions.

• Proficient in using an ATS to monitor candidates and track pipeline stages.

• Knowledge of clinical licensure requirements (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) across multiple states.

• Previous experience recruiting in a startup or rapidly growing company.

• Background or interest in mental health, particularly in youth mental health.
