This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify suitable candidates for healthcare roles and manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Source anesthesia professionals utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and various recruitment strategies.
• Evaluate candidates through CV assessments and phone interviews.
• Create and implement marketing and branding strategies.
• Work in conjunction with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract details, encompassing compensation, benefits, and work schedules.
• Facilitate contract modifications and address contract-related concerns as a liaison between clients and candidates.
• Organize interviews with candidates and healthcare institutions.
• Oversee the placement process from initial contact through to job-offer negotiation.
• Assist candidates during the onboarding process and ensure that all paperwork and credentials are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep track of anesthesia staffing industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
• Evaluate market data for potential business development and growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records.
• Aid in the creation and distribution of reports for Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams.
• Perform tasks that may involve occasional standing and walking, frequent sitting and hand/finger movements, as well as the use of office equipment (whether in-office or remote).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in clinical recruiting, particularly in the anesthesia specialty, is desirable.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and recruitment tools.
• Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and social media sourcing is advantageous.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska.
• Eligibility for annual bonuses (not guaranteed; contingent upon company and individual performance).
• Base pay does not include bonuses and other forms of compensation.
