Clinical Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Perform audits of rooms and documentation to address complaints, assess the validity of findings, and identify opportunities for improvement and risk management.

• Contribute to the Interrater Reliability initiative.

• Create and refine the criteria used for evaluating clinical quality.

• Provide clinical support to network providers on clinical matters and connect them with peer consultants as necessary.

• Collaborate with the CMO, SVP of Network, Director of Clinical & Quality, and/or Manager of Quality on specialized clinical projects.

• Assist in managing clinical risks.

• Offer clinical support across various departments.

• Work with Quality Management on room and documentation audits to inform practitioner action plans.

• Help develop clinical policies and procedures.

• Aid in monitoring and remediating provider performance.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current license to practice independently without supervision (e.g., Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, Psychologist) with diagnostic privileges.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in telehealth and Quality Assurance.

• Experience with high acuity clients is preferred.

• A demonstrated understanding of the application and impact of AI in the clinical field is preferred.

• Leveling will take into account experience, skills, education, and relevant certifications.
