Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the goals and needs of patients.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with support from the care team.

• Document patient interactions in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide care entirely from a home-based setting.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

• Offer services to patients in all 50 states through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Possess an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is posted.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Minimum commitment of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Must hold at least one active, unrestricted license that allows independent practice without clinical supervision.

• Required to provide license information for each selected state.

• Must respond to inquiries regarding PSYPACT authorization, Counseling Compact privileges, Medicare opt-out status, geriatric patient experience, availability, caseload, and existing telehealth affiliations.
