Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in West Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s objectives and requirements

• Oversee an independent caseload and clinical choices while receiving support from the care team

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-enhanced notes

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders

• Provide treatment for patients through Medicare-covered therapy, with Sailor Health managing billing and administrative responsibilities

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution

• Current, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is advertised

• Preference for experience with older adult or geriatric populations

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license permitting independent practice without clinical supervision
