Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients through telehealth platforms.

• Create tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of a care team.

• Ensure documentation is completed in the electronic medical record utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide care through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy services.

• Work in collaboration with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is advertised.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Availability to conduct a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with Sailor Health.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Medicare billing experience is an advantage.

• PSYPACT authorization through APIT may be applicable to clinical psychologists.

• Counseling Compact privileges may be available to masters-level therapists in certain states.
