Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to older adults through telehealth platforms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and needs of each patient.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Ensure documentation is completed in the EMR system using AI-assisted note-taking.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide treatment for patients who are covered by Medicare.

• Collaborate effectively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is advertised.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Availability for a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• PSYPACT authorization through APIT may be applicable for clinical psychologists.

• Must provide care exclusively via telehealth.

• Availability for part-time or full-time work; 1099 contractors begin at 15 hours/week while W2 employees start at 25 hours/week.
