Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients through telehealth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-supported notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Support older adults facing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions through Medicare-funded therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctorate in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Valid, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is advertised.

• Preference for candidates with experience in older adult or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• 1099 contractor positions require a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee positions require a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week.

• A minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health is mandatory.
