Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the guidance of a support team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide services entirely from home to patients within the older-adult demographic.

• Work collaboratively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support, and clinical leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Possess an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is advertised.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee beginning at 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to achieving at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
