Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for older adults through telehealth platforms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.

• Provide Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy support following Sailor Health’s model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active, independent psychology license in the state where this position is located.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.
