Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and needs of each patient.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the assistance of a supportive care team.

• Document patient information in the EMR utilizing AI-supported notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide care entirely from home to older adults facing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff from the provider team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the United States.

• A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is offered.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Ability to provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week is required.

• Candidates must be available for part-time or full-time work; 1099 contractors begin at 15 hours/week, while W2 employees start at 25 hours/week.
