Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients through telehealth platforms

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals and requirements

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders

• Provide therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy for older adults covered by Medicare

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is based

• Preferably experienced with older adult or geriatric populations

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health

• Must possess at least one active, unrestricted license allowing for independent practice without clinical supervision
