Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth platforms.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions entirely from the comfort of your home.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

• Assist older adults in navigating grief, loss, isolation, and significant life changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the United States.

• A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA is required.

• An active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is offered is necessary.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• A minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health is required.
