Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth platforms.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's individual goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Offer care that addresses grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in later life.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and supportive provider staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Current, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is offered.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Familiarity with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability to conduct at least 15 sessions per week is required.

• 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week, or W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week.
