Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide services to older adults through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

• Maintain a flexible schedule chosen by the clinician, with availability seven days a week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is available.

• Must be able to conduct at least 15 sessions per week with Sailor Health.

• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• A 1099 contractor role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• A W2 employee role requires a minimum of 25 hours per week.

• PSYPACT authorization through APIT may be applicable for clinical psychologists.

• Must complete the necessary licensing and professional information during the application process.
