Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from a dedicated care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR system utilizing AI-driven notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy services to older adults under Medicare coverage.

• Work collaboratively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Current, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is advertised.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Willingness to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly with Sailor Health.

• Availability for part-time or full-time work.

• 1099 contractor option available starting at 15 hours per week, or W2 employee option available starting at 25 hours per week.
