Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals and needs.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of a care team.

• Execute documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

• Sailor Health manages billing, administrative responsibilities, and non-clinical patient requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is based.

• Be proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Part-time 1099 contractors are required to start with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• W2 employees should begin with at least 25 hours per week.

• Candidates must be aiming for a minimum of 15 therapy sessions weekly.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric demographics is preferred.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus.
