Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each patient.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the assistance of a care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff.

• Offer care to patients dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• An active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is advertised.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability for at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license that permits independent practice without clinical supervision.

• Applicants are required to provide information regarding their state license and license type.

• PSYPACT authorization through APIT may be applicable for clinical psychologists.

• Medicare enrollment/opt-out status is requested.

• Experience working with geriatric patients is desired.
