Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Independently manage a caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from the care team.

• Maintain documentation within the EMR utilizing AI-supported notes.

• Participate in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide care addressing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in the respective state of the role.

• Preferred experience with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee starting with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
