Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload while making clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Complete documentation within the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide telehealth therapy entirely from a home office.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support personnel, and clinical directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Possess an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is located.

• Preferred experience with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for 1099 roles or 25 hours per week for W2 roles is required.

• Must conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Must possess or be able to demonstrate an active, unrestricted license allowing independent practice without clinical supervision.
