Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients through telehealth platforms.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on the individual goals and requirements of each patient.

• Manage a personal caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Perform documentation in the EMR system utilizing AI-assisted note-taking capabilities.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Support older adults dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active and independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is advertised.

• Preferred experience with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• 1099 contractor positions begin at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee positions start at 25 hours per week.

• Applicants must be aiming for a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
