Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient's goals and needs.

• Manage a personal caseload and make clinical decisions with the assistance of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-supported note-taking.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide therapy entirely from the comfort of your home.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and supportive provider staff.

• Assist patients who are dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Establish availability throughout a seven-day schedule without mandatory evening or on-call duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Current, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is offered.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• For 1099 contractor positions: availability starting at 15 hours per week.

• For W2 employee positions: availability starting at 25 hours per week.

• PSYPACT authorization through APIT and Counseling Compact Privileges must be addressed in the application.

• Must disclose Medicare opt-out status in the application form.
