Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and needs.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy to older adults under Medicare coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the position is advertised.

• Preference for candidates with experience in working with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is necessary.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
