Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior patients through telehealth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and needs of each patient.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

• Provide care for older adults dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Current, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is located.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license enabling independent practice without clinical supervision.
