Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD, PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults using telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s specific goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from the care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Support older adults through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this position is offered.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Must be prepared to establish at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
