Clinical Psychologist, Counsellor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Deliver 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical assistance.

• Offer Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups impacted by critical incidents, traumatic experiences, or high-stress scenarios.

• Assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and various other mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed methods for assessment, intervention, and psychological support.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance program effectiveness and platform outcomes.

• Ensure prompt documentation and case notes in line with clinical and platform standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficiency in CBT or other evidence-based methodologies (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• At least 300 post-master's clinical hours.

• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

• Experience with EAP is preferred.

• Preference for adult counseling experience.

• Group counseling experience is preferred.

• Willingness to occasionally work onsite is a plus.
