Career Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' situations

• Provide short-term guidance during initial and follow-up meetings, including support in career planning and development

• Create and deliver resources and tools tailored to the client's requirements

• Assist clients in identifying their career paths through personalized counseling

• Collaborate closely with Sarine Moumdjian, Manager of Member Services

• Engage in Dialogue's multidisciplinary team

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and English, in spoken and written forms

• Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)

• Minimum part-time availability of 21 hours per week

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a career counselor

• Experience in a remote work setting or willingness to work remotely

• Experience with adult clients is considered an asset
