Clinical Psychologist – Counsellor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite clinical assistance.

• Offer Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups impacted by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations.

• Assist clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.

• Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed methods for assessment, intervention, and psychological support.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance program effectiveness and platform outcomes.

• Ensure timely documentation and case notes in line with clinical and platform standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in CBT or other evidence-based methods (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• At least 300 post-master’s clinical hours.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred.

• Experience in EAP, CISP, or group counseling is a plus.

• Willingness to occasionally work onsite is an added advantage.
