Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gambia.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching services to clients of Intellect.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to propose enhancements to both the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Applicants should be proficient in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Candidates must have a minimum of 300 clinical hours post-Master's degree.

• Ability to communicate in English and the local language is essential.

• Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counseling working adults, or coaching in managerial positions is advantageous.

• Willingness to work onsite if required is considered a plus.
