This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and publish monthly physician schedules utilizing established availability to enhance efficiency and achieve target goals.
• Sustain up-to-date schedule modifications in real-time.
• Support facility-specific physician panels during the implementation phase based on state licensure and privileges.
• Generate summaries of coverage advancements and outstanding deficiencies.
• Gather capacity and coverage requirements by service line, physician group, or other criteria, including progress updates.
• Engage in physician outreach to address capacity and coverage requirements.
• Assist with shift adjustments, extensions, modifications to start/end times, trades, and other related scheduling updates.
• Compile reports from diverse data sources for leadership review.
• Input and manage physician availability and restrictions to facilitate schedule creation and oversight.
• Provide insights to Sales, Client Engagement, and Practice Management regarding capacity for increased demand at both state and facility levels.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in physician scheduling or workforce management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, focusing on meeting essential deliverables and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across various cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-growth, fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
