This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee product management and provide guidance to Product owners and downstream PBS partners regarding clinical and benefit design for both new and existing product launches.
• Formulate strategies and implement bulk and maintenance-phase product enrollments.
• Assist in the implementation of new Evernorth products.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to capture clinical and benefit intentions.
• Coordinate with downstream teams to ensure necessary system updates are made.
• Evaluate downstream clinical and benefit impacts.
• Ensure that all setup connections are properly addressed.
• Set up post-go-live monitoring to swiftly resolve any issues.
• Document go-live procedures across various Client Services Operations teams.
• Present findings to leadership and facilitate discussions.
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (preferred) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Current US Pharmacist Licensure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong dedication to clinical services and alignment with company objectives.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional committees or workgroups.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Clinical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of clinical issues related to all aspects of pharmaceutical care.
• Proficient in presenting to leadership and leading discussions.
• Skills in operations support, workflow assistance, problem-solving, engagement with leadership, critical and strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive thinking.
• High-speed internet service (cable broadband or fiber optic) with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working remotely.
• Advanced clinical experience, training, or certifications are preferred.
