Clinical Program Advisor – Configuration Product Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee products and provide guidance to Product Owners and downstream PBS partners regarding clinical and benefit design for both new and existing product launches.

• Formulate strategy and carry out bulk and maintenance-phase product enrollments.

• Assist in the implementation of new Evernorth products.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to capture the clinical and benefit intent.

• Coordinate with downstream teams to execute necessary system updates.

• Evaluate clinical and benefit impacts downstream.

• Ensure all setup connections are completed.

• Implement post-go-live monitoring to swiftly resolve any issues.

• Document go-live procedures across various Client Services Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is highly preferred or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

• Active US Pharmacist Licensure is required.

• Advanced clinical experience, training, or certifications are preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong dedication to clinical services and alignment with company goals.

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional committees or workgroups.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritization.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Clinical expertise and comprehension of clinical issues across all stages of pharmaceutical care.

• Competence in presenting to leadership and facilitating discussions.

• Skills in operations support, workflow assistance, problem-solving, leadership engagement, critical and strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive thinking.

• Home internet connection must be through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
