This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance and strategic advice to senior management on key Clinical Program Management issues.
• Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration while offering thought leadership and technical expertise.
• Act as a clinical consultant for the sales team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant areas of the team.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
• Function as a strategic business partner for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive and execute large-scale strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating change.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement through data analysis, feedback, and assessment.
• Implement processes, propose solutions, and uncover efficiencies.
• Engage in and contribute to training and professional development initiatives.
• Act as the business owner for client projects involving operational and implementation benefit modifications.
• Comprehend clients' clinical benefit and business philosophies.
• Capture and document clinical benefit requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and function as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Assess, understand, and communicate the implications of requested clinical benefit requirements.
• Consult with Client Benefit Administrators, Clinical Application Teams, Account Teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and specialized teams.
• Manage and monitor requests to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of claims adjudication systems and related clinical applications.
• Lead the development, preparation, presentation, execution, and delivery of project plans.
• Valid U.S. Pharmacist License.
• Pharm.D. degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills in collaboration, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and organization with a results-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, resolve complex issues, and leverage strong project management skills.
• Willingness to learn various internal reporting and analytic tools.
• Reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service for remote work, with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
• Medicare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in managed care, PBM industry, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with the PBM, managed care, or value-based healthcare industries is desirable.
