This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer guidance and insights to senior management on key Clinical Program Management issues
• Provide thought leadership and technical proficiency across various disciplines
• Represent the organization in external engagements and educate stakeholders to facilitate care coordination
• Act as a clinical advisor for the sales team, sharing knowledge about products and the industry
• Serve as a subject matter expert in pertinent areas of the team
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members effectively
• Function as a strategic business partner for both internal and external stakeholders
• Spearhead and implement strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformative change
• Identify opportunities for business improvements through data, feedback, and analysis
• Execute processes, present solutions, and pinpoint efficiencies
• Engage in and contribute to training and professional development initiatives
• Act as the business owner for client projects that involve operational and implementation benefit modifications
• Capture and document clinical benefit requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Consult with Client Benefit Administrators, Clinical Application Teams, Account Teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and specialized teams
• Oversee and track requests to ensure deadlines are adhered to
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of claims adjudication systems and clinical applications
• Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of project plans, including execution and delivery for assigned clients
• Provide project and administrative support while escalating issues, risks, and concerns
• Active U.S. Pharmacist License
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
• Excellent multitasking abilities and effective communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including listening, feedback, and the ability to simplify complex ideas/processes
• Skills in collaboration, analytical thinking, critical thinking, results orientation, and organization
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, resolve complex issues, and employ strong project management skills
• Willingness to learn various internal reporting and analytic tools for client management
• Medicare experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in managed care, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred
• Familiarity with the PBM, managed care, or value-based healthcare sectors is desirable
• Strong leadership abilities, team-oriented mindset, proactive management approach, and commitment to client service
• Access to home internet via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
