This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary clinical contact for customers and partners, including health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharmaceutical partners.
• Deliver clinical assistance during working sessions, business reviews, educational initiatives, and client-facing discussions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Account Management, and Implementation teams on customer interactions.
• Contribute to and review clinical content for customers, presentation materials, educational resources, and tip sheets.
• Convert clinical and workflow challenges into product requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage clinical issue resolution across the product portfolio through triage, investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Record patterns of clinical escalations and suggest solutions to minimize recurring issues.
• Lead clinical change management and communicate alterations in clinical workflows as product updates are released.
• Validate fixes, enhancements, and releases that impact clinical workflows or content.
• Utilize pharmacy expertise for network-partner integrations (EHR ↔ PBM) and provide clinical exception support for prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment.
• Collaborate on clinical quality standards, formulary integrity, and clinical decision support.
• Employ SQL, dashboarding, BI tools, and AI tools to identify trends, quantify issues, and prioritize clinical work.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of relevant pharmacist experience within a health system, health plan/PBM, or healthcare technology environment, or a comparable mix of clinical practice and applied pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with medication order workflows from provider order entry through pharmacy adjudication and fulfillment.
• Experience with formulary and benefit design, managed care principles, prior authorization, and clinical decision support.
• Proficient in SQL, dashboarding, or BI tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, or Power BI.
• Experience interacting with health systems, payers, PBMs, or healthcare technology vendors in a clinical or clinical operations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clinical content to product, engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and triage abilities to investigate clinical issues across intricate product workflows.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment post-merger.
• Clinical informatics experience or exposure to health data standards and analytics is preferred.
• Subject to pre-employment drug screening where permitted by applicable law.
