This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and strengthen provider relationships within a designated territory.
• Foster new and maintain existing relationships through virtual meetings, face-to-face interactions, events, and educational presentations.
• Partner with Equip’s clinical leaders to ensure meaningful engagement.
• Achieve patient acquisition and admission targets in collaboration with various departments.
• Oversee CRM data, outreach initiatives, and reporting to illustrate territory performance and guide strategic decisions.
• Organize and implement regional events tailored for the target professional audience.
• Assess territory requirements and position Equip as a viable solution for providers.
• Identify dormant providers and devise re-engagement strategies and timelines.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and the Admissions team to establish an efficient referral process.
• Work alongside marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to penetrate new markets.
• Seek out local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at industry conferences.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Engage regularly in the field within the assigned territory, which includes local account visits and occasional overnight travel.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Must be a resident of Illinois or Wisconsin, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Greater Chicago area.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for relationship-building.
• Professional demeanor is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven history of achieving set goals.
• Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
• Critical thinking skills to navigate challenges and adapt to rapid changes.
• Must reside within the assigned region and have access to reliable transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
