Clinical Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a dependable and trusted resource for behavioral healthcare services for adolescents and young adults within the community.

• Develop market strategies, foster and strengthen professional relationships, and leverage potential opportunities to expand Newport Healthcare’s presence.

• Promptly respond to service and referral inquiries, providing support to both the referring professional and family from the initial call through to admission.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

• Identify and pursue new accounts within the healthcare sector.

• Cultivate relationships with medical professionals, enhance awareness of the organization’s offerings, and create new business prospects.

• Conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to identify needs, overcome treatment barriers, and establish community partnerships.

• Organize and participate in facility tours, professional weekends, events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Collaborate with the national team of Clinical Outreach Specialists through weekly team calls and quarterly field visits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a closely related field, OR a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health environment or pharmaceutical sales.

• Familiarity with communication principles, practices, and techniques relevant to the healthcare sector.

• Significant experience in developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to achieve objectives.

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on enhancing customer experience.

• Residing in or near your designated territory to fulfill the requirement of regular and prompt visits to assigned locations.
