Clinical Office Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide thorough product training and clinical assistance.

• Enhance sales performance by showcasing the benefits of DDS Lab’s offerings and advocating for products.

• Educate on intraoral digital technology, dental restorations, and associated services.

• Offer clinical support and hands-on technical aid at dental practices.

• Organize educational initiatives, such as Lunch-and-Learns, evening sessions, regional gatherings, and DSO annual conferences.

• Facilitate on-site training for dental practice clients and potential clients.

• Assist clients in utilizing DDS Lab as their dental laboratory of choice.

• Identify new DSO prospects and expand existing DSO partnerships alongside the Directors of Clinical Office Specialists.

• Address educational and sales needs through follow-up communications via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

• Build professional relationships with dental assistants, office managers, dentists, and key client stakeholders.

• Provide weekly activity and call reports to the Director of Clinical Office Specialists.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.

• Deliver a monthly training forecast for the territory.

• Document training activities and client contact details in HubSpot.

• Adhere to required PPE standards and comply with infection-control and sterilization protocols.

• Remain updated on dental industry trends, product advancements, and best practices.

• Participate in sales meetings and strategic discussions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with intraoral digital technology and implants.

• Strong ability and comfort in observing and advising on dental implant processes and the use of intraoral digital technology.

• Capability to present information effectively and address queries in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting documents in English.

• Competence in writing reports and business correspondence.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, exercise personal judgment, and make informed decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

• Prior experience in a dental lab or dental office is required.

• High level of technical and material knowledge regarding dental products.

• 3–5 years of experience in outside sales within dental or medical devices, or in-office clinical experience as an RDA or RDH.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.

• Reliable vehicle available for business travel.

• Valid driver’s license with no significant infractions or points.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80%, and adapt to flexible working hours as necessary.
