Clinical Office Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide thorough training on product offerings

• Offer clinical support while promoting sales growth

• Carry out on-site training sessions for dental practice clients

• Assist customers in utilizing DDS Lab effectively

• Complete weekly activity and call reports

• Facilitate product training sessions at customer locations

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Intra-Oral Digital Technology and Implants

• Capability to present information in an engaging manner

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting documents in English

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Prior experience in a dental lab or dental office is required

• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales within the dental or medical device field, or clinical experience as an RDA or RDH

• Bachelor's degree in dental technology, dental hygiene, or a related discipline is preferred

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
