This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the designated region.
• Deliver clinical and product education regarding BMS hematology and oncology offerings through individual meetings, group presentations, and virtual channels.
• Evaluate treatment and patient-management landscapes, needs, processes, and protocols in collaboration with HCPs.
• Utilize approved CNC resources and presentations while providing accurate and compliant responses to HCP inquiries.
• Assess the impact of CNC activities and strategize follow-up actions and next steps.
• Monitor the CNC dashboard and account data to adapt activities and business strategies accordingly.
• Enhance understanding of treatment landscapes, product characteristics, and disease states.
• Conduct educational speaker programs and in-services for HCP clients.
• Offer product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites onboarding new patients.
• Facilitate clinical, disease-area, and product-specific training for internal team members.
• Engage in designated Medical Congress activities.
• Provide clinical insights and patient-management experiences internally to bolster franchise strategy.
• Travel approximately 50–75% of the time and engage with HCPs in various public environments.
• Advanced Practice Provider (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in the Hematology/Oncology field.
• Possession of a current active Nursing License.
• OCN Certification.
• Profound clinical knowledge within Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states.
• Strong business acumen aligned with organizational priorities.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in transferring clinical knowledge to others and influencing patient management processes and protocols.
• Strong collaboration capabilities.
• Established connections with healthcare providers in the specified region.
• Willingness and capability to travel by air and vehicle within the territory.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to adhere to all laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
