Clinical MedTech Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee technicians and support an on-site team.

• Aid field service personnel in organizing and scheduling work, tools, and daily operational needs.

• Set up and arrange equipment and workstations efficiently.

• Conduct routine inspections and document product-testing data following installation and setup.

• Maintain communication and deliver customer support to on-site hospital staff.

• Provide training to new employees on the job.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Travel as necessary based on the project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in project coordination, including technician scheduling and client engagement.

• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required.

• A personal vehicle is necessary for local assignments.

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended durations and lift items weighing up to 25 lb.

• Ability to fulfill hospital vendor credentialing requirements, which includes proof of vaccination status.

• Up-to-date vaccinations may be required.

• Proficient in Microsoft and other industry-related data entry systems and platforms.

• Capable of completing healthcare facility credentialing and immunization prerequisites.
