Clinical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a clinical intermediary between facility clients and vendor partners in situations requiring guidance, clinical evaluation, or possible termination.

• Assess traveler performance reviews and escalate issues to the Clinical Director for appropriate follow-up.

• Engage in clinical interviews to ensure timely placement of high-quality clinicians that meet client specifications.

• Provide coverage and assistance for Clinical Directors as necessary.

• Collaborate with the CAP Program team to enhance preceptor recruitment, training, and development initiatives to improve program results.

• Recruit and train preceptors within SimpliFi’s CAP program.

• Liaise with client clinical leadership and support shared services teams to guarantee seamless program execution and organizational coherence.

• Work closely with the Client Relationship team, Clinical Directors, CAP Managers, shared services team, and the VP of Clinical Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate of Nursing (ADN) from a two-year college.

• Over 3 years of nursing experience across various specialty areas.

• RN License in at least one state.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively address sensitive inquiries or complaints at all organizational levels.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle highly confidential matters with discretion.

• Proficient writing skills and ability to present information clearly to employees, top management, and clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Competence in building and sustaining productive working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
