Clinical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a clinical liaison between facility clients and vendor partners in situations that require guidance, clinical assessment, or possible termination.

• Evaluate traveler performance assessments and escalate to the Clinical Director for appropriate follow-up.

• Engage in clinical interviews to ensure that high-quality clinicians are promptly matched with client needs.

• Provide coverage and assistance to Clinical Directors when necessary.

• Collaborate with the CAP Program team on initiatives related to preceptor recruitment, training, and development.

• Recruit and train preceptors for SimpliFi’s CAP program.

• Maintain communication with client clinical leadership.

• Support SimpliFi’s shared services teams to guarantee smooth program delivery and organizational coherence.

• Work closely with the Client Relationship team, Clinical Directors, CAP Managers, shared services team, and the VP of Clinical Services.

• Function as a site coordinator and clinician dedicated to enhancing program outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate of Nursing (ADN) degree from a two-year college.

• Over 3 years of nursing experience across various specialty areas.

• RN License in at least one state.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle sensitive inquiries or complaints from all organizational levels.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to manage highly confidential matters with discretion.

• Proficient writing skills to effectively convey information to employees, senior management, and clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Talent for establishing and nurturing productive working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Acceptance of any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a four-year college or university is preferred.

• Previous experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
