This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee and manage current and upcoming product training initiatives.
• Strategically plan, organize, lead, and uphold program activities.
• Ensure that customers can access Bard product training opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales objectives.
• Provide both live and digital training sessions that adhere to company compliance regulations.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders, including sales personnel, marketing teams, regulatory bodies, professional organizations, and key opinion leaders.
• Perform product training evaluations, which include data collection, analysis, presentation, and customer-oriented training.
• Organize program delivery in alignment with Bard Medical's mission and objectives.
• Implement initiatives that bolster the organization's strategic goals.
• Assess program strengths and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
• Keep program documentation and records updated in Salesforce.
• Safeguard confidential program data for statistical analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback for program enhancements.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to guarantee efficient program execution.
• Create product training strategies that involve hospital team members as necessary.
• Coordinate services across various program functions.
• Supervise program activities and carry out annual evaluations utilizing the AIM program framework.
• Manage personal travel and ICC budgets.
• Maintain expertise as a product specialist for the Bard Medical product line, emphasizing urological drainage and stool management.
• Schedule account engagement with sales partners.
• Address customer needs and oversee multiple customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess a valid license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in patient care.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and adherence to BD's vehicle safety standards.
• Capable of working independently with little to no supervision.
• Exceptional listening and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment alongside a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and presenting clinical data.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and general computer usage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage several customer accounts effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional demeanor with sound business and clinical judgment.
• Ability to read and understand detailed instructions, business correspondence, and memos.
• Competent in composing basic written communications.
• Capable of effectively conveying information in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Ability to perform fundamental mathematical calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Proficient in solving practical problems and interpreting both written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to travel by car and plane, including overnight stays; travel may comprise up to 80% of the role.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and multiple shifts.
• Ability to operate in hospital settings as well as a home-based office.
