This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate, capture, respond to, and coordinate new patient opportunities through B2B referral sources as well as direct patient and family inquiries.
• Operate the agency’s virtual Patient Acquisition Command Center.
• Engage in AI-driven prospecting and outreach to referral sources.
• Monitor electronic referrals effectively.
• Ensure timely responses to leads within 15 minutes.
• Coordinate the patient intake process.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, physician practices, outpatient clinics, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, elder-law professionals, case managers, social workers, community organizations, and other healthcare referral partners.
• Research organizations and key decision-makers.
• Maintain comprehensive records of referral sources.
• Conduct approved outreach and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Identify opportunities and direct qualified conversations to agency leadership or field clinical liaisons.
• Develop and manage the agency’s referral-development engine utilizing AI and approved sales technology.
• Initiate outreach campaigns, oversee follow-up sequences, monitor and categorize responses, and route promising opportunities.
• Assist in converting appropriate referrals and inquiries into assessments and admissions.
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based clinical and operations personnel without independently making clinical decisions necessitating licensed professional judgment.
• Exhibit a blend of skills typical of a Clinical Liaison, Intake Specialist, Business Developer, CRM Operator, AI-Enabled Professional, and Patient Acquisition Specialist.
• Possess a solid understanding of referral relationships.
• Comprehend the urgency of patient communication.
• Proactively create new opportunities.
• Document all activities in the CRM system.
• Leverage automation to enhance productivity.
• Recognize that the primary business objective is appropriate patient admissions.
• Research target referral organizations and identify key decision-makers.
• Build, refine, enrich, and segment prospect lists effectively.
• Utilize AI for research and to personalize outreach efforts.
• Launch approved cold-email campaigns.
• Support compliant SMS outreach when suitable.
• Manage follow-up sequences and track responses meticulously.
• Categorize replies and promptly route warm opportunities.
• Maintain accurate outreach records within the CRM.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time.
