Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research initiatives across diverse therapeutic fields

• Ensure clinical research projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards

• Lead and coordinate multifunctional project teams

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to project team members

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all project-related issues

• Participate in bid defense meetings

• Contribute to proposal development and client presentations

• Implement standard company practices and adhere to departmental procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or similar role (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, overseeing all project services from initiation to closure

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology, and/or gastrointestinal diseases, including IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease

• Preferred experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to establish robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Confident negotiation skills

• Proficient in team building, resource allocation, and organizational abilities
