Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-site clinical research initiatives across diverse therapeutic disciplines.

• Ensure the timely delivery of clinical research projects while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Direct and coordinate multifunctional project teams.

• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to project team members.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related matters.

• Participate in bid defense meetings.

• Engage in proposal development and client presentations.

• Execute company standard procedures and conform to intradepartmental guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or an equivalent role (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead).

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, encompassing all project services from initiation to completion.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology and/or gastrointestinal conditions, including IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or related field) or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Confidence in negotiation abilities.

• Competencies in team-building, resource allocation, and organizational skills.
